Plating & Assembly: Plating

Our plating operation includes a modern return type rack plating line, and a manual barrel operation. Both lines operate with a multistage pretreat and utilize a chloride zinc bath. We offer chromates in clear, yellow and black, of which the clear is RoHS compliant, and our goal is to be RoHS compliant in yellow by end of 2006. We test baths regularly to ensure processes are maintained within specified parameters.
